This Kaiser Permanente commercial has been around for a year now, but it still makes me smile. Although I sometimes feel almost invincible, the ad reminds me to take care of myself and get the proper medical screenings if I want to grow up to be an old woman.
We live in a youth obsessed society. It's refreshing to see examples of how wonderful and healthy you can be when you grow up into an old woman. Kudos to Kaiser.

The older I get, the more I wonder when are you ever old? Is it just a state of mind? If I could do a cartwheel at 70 like the woman in the ad, then I will be doing much better than I am doing now!
