The summer heat wave is on. Made me think of the refreshing Orange Blossom drink served at the Waldorf Astoria.
Orange Blossom
Equal parts
- gin
- orange juice
- Italian vermouth
Shake well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Or you can serve the drink in a Collins glass with ice cubes.
