My Monday through Friday schedule is never the same. Looking at my unfinished to-do items this week, the days seem to blur together. The kids have activities, I have work, and the list goes on. In theory I'm supposed to take time for myself too. That's when a bike ride or a hike makes all the difference. If I take time to recharge even just for an hour during the day then my week is so much better. What do you do to recharge?
