Dakota is a shelter dog who has made amazing progress since he was rescued and given the much needed medical attention to help him recover from his severely malnourished and near starvation condition. Thanks to the extra TLC he receives in the animal rescue group's foster care, I expect him to make a full recovery.
If you like to hike or take long walks, then Dakota is the hiking pal for you. He is a friendly and smart lab/husky mix. He is learning new obedience commands very quickly and he loves to show off his new skills! He needs a family willing to spend some more time training him.
