Hello, friends! Today I'm thinking about spring. Flowers, vivid colors, hearts, and sunny images fill the mood board above that I'm using for a project I'm working on.
Do you create mood boards? In a way Pinterest is one gigantic moodboard that inspires creative pursuits in art, decorating, and, of course, cooking.
A few tips to get a mood board started
Probably the best thing I've learned over the years when creating a board is to let go and avoid second guessing the images before you place them on the board. In other words, grab what you like now and you can analyze why later. Another tip, write a list of words that you associate with a project and use these words to get you started and guide you in your selection of images for your board.
