Hello, friends. Do you like to use printables? I created two cards for Mother's Day. You can download the cards plus a printable A2 envelope at the PDF link below.
All you need to create these cards:
- my free down-loadable PDF files
- 8.5"x11" card stock paper for cards
- plain printer paper for envelope
- glue or double-sided tape
- scissors
- glitter (optional)
Each printable PDF includes an A2-sized card—PLUS Mother's Day themed "text & art" you can cut out and attach to the cards to personalize your message. You can also embellish the card with glitter. Directions for assembling the card are on the PDF and in this blog post below.
I have to give a special shout out to the talented photographer D Sharon Pruitt. Her photos are featured on the cards. You will find the link to download the printables below the jump.
If you share this printable on social media, please link back to this blog post and not to the downloadable files. Thanks!
Here are the links to download the cards and envelope. Please use these for personal use only. Thanks!
1) Print the PDF file onto the card stock or similar paper to make the card. (The envelope can be printed on standard photo copy paper.)
2) The printed 8.5" x 11" PDF download will tell you how to assemble the card.
3) Cut out the card on the solid lines.
4) To personalize your message, cut out the "text & art" labels that say "Happy Mother's Day" and the others labels.
5) Glue the text on cards. The placement is up to you. You can also glue the text inside the card.
6) Add embellishments like glitter around the labels or fill in the heart shape with glitter. It's all up to you—add a hint of the glitter anywhere you want.
6) Wait until the glitter and all glue has dried before you fold the card and score card along dotted fold line. I use the edge of a scissors or my Martha Stewart bone folder to make the fold lines.
